Description Summary 13;
This position is responsible for the coordination, administration and compliance of employer portal provisioning for Blue Cross clients and producers. This position is also responsible for coordinating Group Agent of Record changes within BCBS systems.

Employer Portal Provisioning Administration
:Assists with day:to:day operations for Blue Cross Clients and producers being provisioned for system access and entitlements on Employer Portals.
:Participates in cross functional work groups with sales leadership, legal and channel peers to identify needs of the agent and client community in regard to portal functionality and portal quality.
:Directs and coordinates assigned individual projects and related activities to ensure project is on schedule. Maintains adequate communication regarding status, risks, issues, and priorities with internal team and leadership.
:Contributes to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, workflows, training programs, and departmental reports necessary to manage overall portal provisioning, provisioning productivity, portal processes, and compliance.
:Provides weekly reporting to track and evaluate status and performance of Portal Provisioning and Group Agent of Record changes for internal team and leadership.
:Involved in process change and redesign to implement improvements in departmental procedures.
:Collaborates with internal departments, vendors, and agents to advance employer portal provisioning ease of use, portal quality for agents and clients, and other programs/projects affecting the provisioning process.
Group Agent of Record (AOR) Administration
:Assists with the management of agent of record assignment process for group accounts. This includes all administrative duties of assigned agent of record contracts, change requests, and transfers, including structure and commission payments.
:Collaborates with the Service Fee department on the book of business transfers to update plan renewals.

:Bachelors Degree or 4 years of healthcare experience in lieu of degree.
:Ability to work with highly complex problems and bring to resolution.
:Manage reporting and tracking of identified problems.
:Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
:Demonstrated ability to shift priorities as current business demands required.
:Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
:Fundamental knowledge of health insurance regulations.
:Ability to work independently, to make sound business decisions and handle a variety of challenging responsibilities.
