The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for cleaning and maintain data to support the sales and marketing organizations. The team member will work closely with the Data Integrity operations team and other departments to help verify data, reconcile duplicate data. This position reports to the Data Integrity Manager.
:Execute on:demand projects assigned within the required turn:around time.
:Identify duplicate and inaccurate account level information in Concur's instance of salesforce.
:Identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies using problem:solving, logic, and critical thinking to ensure complete and accurate data.
:Request information from Sales and marketing Operations Teams and proactively research client/prospect company websites or data for correct information.
:Analyze data and trends to determine efficiencies and process improvement can positively impact Salesforce data quality
:Match data within Salesforce and outside sources via MS Excel and CRM Fusion, Demandtools to provide insights in to Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
:Assist in cleaning customer and prospect data
:Identify and reconcile duplicate data
:Match and validate data across multiple sources to provide insights to the business
:Validate Concur system Data in comparison to outside sources
Education, Experience and Training required:
:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
:Experience in fast:paced sales and marketing or professional offices
:Ability to pass a background check
