*Enterprise Finance & Information Technology*
Enterprise Finance & Information Technology plans, tracks, analyzes and reports financial results, manages the company s balance sheet, including funding, capital and investments; oversees internal real estate needs; drives acquisitions; is responsible for financial controls; leads corporate strategy; and works to deliver simple, safe and sound, innovative, and integrated technology products, services, and enterprise governance for our customers, business partners, and team members.
*The Team*
The Consumer Lending Finance team manages the Finance function directly supporting the Consumer Lending businesses, including Home Lending, Dealer Services, Personal Lending Group, and Personal Insurance. The team is responsible for providing proactive consultative support for the Consumer Lending businesses; product pricing and analytics; ownership and insights of financial projections and results; maintaining strong partnerships with Centers of Excellence (COEs); and building a team with deep functional and technical subject matter expertise, that promotes cross functional partnerships and provides expert consultative support to business partners.
* The Role*
The Dealer Services Pricing and Analytics Consultant will be responsible for providing advanced pricing support for the Dealer Services business. Dealer Services is one of the nation s leading auto finance lenders, offering an integrated financial services solution designed for the dealer community. Dealer Services serves more than 4 million customers and has relationships with more than 14,000 auto dealers, and employs more than 5,000 team members nationwide.
*The Candidate*
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated decision price modeling and analysis, financial reporting, be results oriented, and be able to work independently in a time sensitive environment.
This individual will have responsibility for providing highly complex pricing analysis and reporting in support of management decision making.
*Location:* Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; other Wells Fargo locations may be considered
Required Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* 3+ years of SQL or SAS experience
* Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
* Ability to work cohesively and collaborate with analytic functions throughout the organization
* Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
* Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
* Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
* Ability to navigate complex business relationships
* Knowledge and understanding of data organizing or structuring complex data across varied data sources
* Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets
* Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis
* Demonstration and presentation facilitation skills
* Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
* Strong research skills
* Solid problem solving skills
* Knowledge and understanding of databases and data mining techniques
* Knowledge and understanding of project coordination: performance report development, management dashboards, and key metrics
