Job Description
Local Crate is a rapidly growing, venture backed start:up in based in St. Paul, MN. We are looking for a passionate self:starter to lead our digital marketing and content efforts. Through direct:to:consumer and retail meal:kits, we cultivate a unique culinary experience by connecting local food, chefs, charity, and families. We are the first nationally:local food company in America.
Our Digital Marketing Manager will create and execute our paid, organic, and online content strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will work directly with our culinary team, software engineers and outside partners (chefs, hunger relief organizations, and local producers). The ideal candidate will combine a love of storytelling and user engagement with a rigorous, analytical approach that uncovers the hidden stories in customer data.
Responsibilities
:Plan and execute social media, web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email advertising, and associated digital campaigns
:Enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire customers
:Develop and execute content strategy
:Increase our social media presence
:Track and interpret data to optimize ROI of digital marketing campaigns
:Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, and make recommendations to inform long:term strategy
:Identify and evaluate new digital trends and technologies
:Develop new and creative growth strategies
:Collaborate with internal teams to create digital content and optimize our digital user experience
:Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end:to:end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Preferred Skills/Experience
:3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media and analytics
:Demonstrable experience leading and managing Content Marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
:Strong analytical skills: Ability to conduct statistical analysis to draw conclusions, design robust and informative experiments, and apply learnings to future iterations
:Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
:Strong written, verbal, and storytelling skills
:Ability to excel, adapt, and be highly productive in a fast:paced environment
:Strong understanding of the inner workings of the web and the technologies that it is built on
:Strong interest in, and broad understanding of, the technical side of digital marketing, including web design, web development, automation technology, and statistical analysis toolsCompany Description
