This position is accountable for Consumer Field Sales for multiple states that comprises one of four regions reporting to the Vice President : Consumer Field Sales and Marketing. This includes support for both contracted and non:contracted Multi:Dwelling Unit (MDU), Retail, Sales Engineering, Project Implementation, Outside Sales and Local Field Marketing for assigned region. In addition to working closely with Marketing and Customer Care, this position and his/her team will partner with shared services support organizations including Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Field Operations and other corporate functions to ensure market:level success.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
:Responsible for the Northeast Consumer Field Sales Region market with desired location of Minneapolis, MN or St. Paul, MN.
:Responsible for free cash, strategy, investment and sales and service execution.
:Functional areas responsible for will include Multi:Dwelling Unit (MDU), Retail, Sales Engineering, Project Implementations, Outside Sales, and Indirect Retail.
:Accountable for and directs others in the creation and development of GTM (go to market plans) for assigned region.
:Collaborate with regional leaders to establish market spokesperson, ambassador and voice of our brand in the community through PR, Chambers, economic development agencies, philanthropic activity, politicians and other local organizations.
:Collaborate with state and regional point of contact for any customer complaints or issues and ensure resolution regardless of business unit.
:Collaborate with regulatory strategy for assigned states and region in partnership with public policy.
:Accountable for attaining and exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quota.
:Responsible for annual budget, forecast and managing profit and loss.
:Responsible for the strategic long:term goals for the region.
:Problem solve and direct the resolution of highly complex and/or critical customer issues.
:End to End accountability for consumer sales and service experience in assigned Region 13;
Qualifications and Skills:
:Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience. M.B.A preferred
:(10+) years of director level and above sales and GM level responsibility
:Proven track record of driving sales and profits as well as developing sales professionals, with a strong customer service focus.
:Public Policy and Philanthropic experience.
:Marketing experience in developing go to market plans (GTM).
:P and L and Capital investment experience.
:Ability to establish and manage sales plans based on revenue and product targets and retention objectives.
:Ability to foster and maintain a culture of ownership and accountability at all levels.
:Experience with managing the full:cycle of employee performance with a focus on employee engagement and retention.
:Experience with leading teams through change within an evolving organization.
:Willingness to evaluate current processes, programs and systems for continuous improvement and innovation opportunities.
:Ability to travel 50 (use of company car provided)
