About the role:
:QE II will support daily Operations of catheter coating, packaging and labelling factory, Self:Expanding Stent manufacturing, and/or Embolic Microspheres chemical manufacturing. The QE II will compile, analyze, interpret and present data and information to support quality investigations, strategic improvement projects, and continuous improvement projects within the department.
:QE II will liaise with cross functional departments and/or cross site counterparts to investigate issues, benchmark processes and identify key opportunities and solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
:Identify and implement effective process control systems to support the development, qualification, and on:going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
:Lead in the implementation of assurances, process controls, and CAPA systems designed to meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
:Acts as an effective leader or team member in supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices.
:Apply sound, systematic problem:solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.
:Assure in the development and execution of streamlined business systems which effectively identify and resolve quality issues.
What we're looking for:
Basic Qualifications
:Minimum 2 Years' experience in Quality, Medical Device or related industry with Bachelor's degree, or 0 Years with Master's degree, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
:Excellent Technical Writing skills
:Ability to analyze complex data sets using statistical and engineering tools and communicate results to broad range of audience.
:Ability engineering essentials to quality investigations to drive to root cause understanding and effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
:Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background
:Advanced Minitab, Excel or equivalent software system skills
:Six Sigma training
